Aren’t they the same thing?

Being a ghostwriter means I write or edit everything you need me to, whether it’s a short email pitch in response to a great opportunity, or a full-length book. I do the writing, but you’re named as the author. I am literally a ghost. A lot of times, people tend to think of ghostwriters as only doing books, but I will ghostwrite anything that helps you expand your empire. If you want me to write for you without anyone knowing it’s me doing it, you are looking for a ghostwriter.

I am also a copywriter. A copywriter is someone who writes specific copy that leads to direct conversions, sales, and revenue. Sometimes a copywriter does the work as a ghostwriter, and sometimes they prefer to be publicly credited. I use either approach, depending on what works for you. My services are all for you.

I work behind the scenes to help all of my clients expand their empires through words. I am their secret weapon, and I can be yours, too.

Ghostwriter vs copywriter

What's a ghostwriter, what's a copywriter, what's a content writer, what to look for in a copywriter, what to look for in a ghostwriter, writer for high-end brands.

I’ve been in the writing and editing field for the past twenty-five years—which simultaneously provokes feelings of disbelief/horror at how it’s gotten so late so soon, and pride for this quarter-century milestone I’ve reached. I swear 1997 was just ten years ago. Just ask my wardrobe.

Looking back, I’ve been writing much longer than that, though. As an 80s kid, I wrote little stories and books inspired by The Boxcar Children, Charlotte’s Web, and Ranger Rick Magazine. In sixth grade, my poem, “My Paper Route”, even won the Young Authors’ contest. I can still feel the butterflies and smile that pushed their way through as I sat in Mr. Taylor’s class, hearing my name announced over the school’s PA. It’s a core memory for sure, but what happened next changed it all.

I landed a work study job in the Writing Center at DePaul University in Chicago helping other students write, and everything fell into place. Writing and editing became my vocation. I fell in love with process of teaching, editing, and most importantly—watching the pride and joy that emerges in someone when their ideas shine on paper just as brightly as they do in their head. Being able to help someone else fully express their genius is transformational. Guiding someone in harnessing their own brilliance through words—there’s nothing like it.

I’ve collaborated with so many different people from all walks of life and areas of expertise, and—let me tell you—it’s expanded my own world and empire. I learn something new about a new subject pretty much every day, thanks to my clients. The best real estate investment opportunities in the southwest? Check. Hiring trends for this year? Check. How to make your natural hair look absolutely radiant? Checkity check check.

Because I’ve experienced such a diversity of clients and work over the past two decades, I know exactly where I am of most service. I know what I do best—and who I serve the best.

I provide writing services for hedge fund managers, iconic greeting card companies, and even celebrity hair stylists.

So. How did I get here?

What do my clients have in common?

When people like this come together, something special always happens, and I am one hundred percent here for it. One hundred percent here for you.

I infuse humor, warmth, and authenticity into all interactions while churning out impeccable high-stakes work under pressure. I’ve found I’m a perfect fit for entrepreneurs, brand builders, and business leaders at the top of their game—or looking to ascend to it.

Aside from writing, I hold a degree in psychology; have run multiple businesses; am a fundraising specialist; and have been in the entertainment industry for the past five years. My work’s been featured in publications like The Wall Street Journal and The Hollywood Reporter.

This is the part of the story where you enter:

You bring your wild genius, your unbridled creativity, and your will to succeed.

I’ll make sure your words absolutely shine.
